He has a big heart, wanting to give back to the language learning community after learning so many languages. It is very useful that he has a lot of industry experience to teach studies who want to do business with Japanese people. It is clear he is new to structured teaching so I would not recommend him to beginners but I think he would do well with intermediate - advanced. He just started, so has a lot of potential to grow after the time this review was written.
